Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email orders@regennexlabs.com.

4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate the package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the package and product and email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@regennexlabs.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
