3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment partners. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
5. Health & Cosmetic Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetic haircare formulations intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Patch test before first use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, consult a physician before use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — logos, text, images, formulations, and trademarks including "Reggenex" and "Vitalixir" — is owned by Reggenexlabs and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information.
8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Accra, Ghana.
